Smoothie Recipe 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana cut into pieces - frozen during summer 
  • 1 cup water or plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberries - frozen or fresh 
  • 1 tablespoon hibiscus blossoms (can be purchased as a tea) or hibiscus powder
  • 3 fresh rose hips, seedless
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder 
  • 1/2 aronia powder 

Preparation: 

Blend the ingredients and enjoy immediately!

Extract the liquids and extract the pulp, that doubles as an excellent anti-age face mask ;)
