Cramps, abdominal pain, mood swings, or simply feeling unwell - many women suffer from unpleasant side effects caused by hormonal fluctuations before and during their periods.

This balancing massage oil is perfect for moments when you'd just like to crawl into bed. The soothing, warming moon oil provides relief on difficult days!

The special mixture of essential oils includes lavender, ginger and clary sage that have a balancing effect and invite you to relax. The blend was specifically developed for use during your period. The herbal, warm fragrance includes harmonising vanilla extract and cinnamon, caressing the body and soil.

Application:

  • Warm up your hands, then gently massage the oil onto your lower stomach, lower back and thighs and let the oil take effect. Use several times a day as needed. A blanket, hot-water bottle or cherry pit pillow provide additional warmth for more well-being!

Tip:

  • If you regularly suffer from severe pain during your period, you can start the massage in the second half of your cycle or a few days before your period starts.
